Carl Barks(2points)
Carl Barks has to be one of my favorites, I remember reading Donald Duck and Uncle Scrooge since I was a little kid. I think most of the schools also had Carl Barks comics in their library. I remember Uncle Scrooge and this Turkish comic called Sizinkiler being the top checked out ones we would get these comics and earn to be the ''bookworm of the month''.Carl Barks's stories are really warm always give a lesson in the and the characters are so colorful. The quality of his drawings was awesome as well. He had everything like funny goofy gag based stories from clever ones and I think this also made him really popular. His stories nowadays are all classics and are still read. He was a master in writing and drawing thrilling adventures, full of thrills, suspense, and mystery. I think he also researched a lot like the adventures and the environment would be really believable. The characters just looked like animals but they were like humans feeling wise and characteristics wise. I find it really interesting that all of his works were anonymous I really don't know why he preferred it that way and people say that most of the ones that were written by Carl Barks were really noticeable. For the week I wanted to talk about my childhood favorite Uncle Scrooge"Second Richest Duck in the World" and I don't know if as a child I understood the morality and the lessons behind his story but it was amazing to read it now and to understand and to appreciate it in a whole other level.
